GH Casino Report
An investigations desk covering the 13 companies licensed to take bets in Ghana. Everything published here is computed from a fact base on each build, every verdict carries the share of the model behind it, and every figure this desk holds and refuses to print is on the log with its reason.
What this publication is
A register, graded. The roster is every company the Gaming Commission of Ghana licenses, including the ones this desk criticises, because a table that only holds what its author likes is an advertisement with a numbered column. What separates it from a listing is the log: every verdict here carries a dated record of what was corrected, what was struck out and what was left open on the way to it.
How the money works
Opening an account through a link on this site pays this desk a commission. That is how it is funded and it is disclosed above every table and in the footer of every page.
What protects a reader from it is structural rather than a promise. The order is produced by arithmetic over a published model with no human adjustment afterwards, so there is no step at which a commission could be applied. The roster is the whole register, so there is no step at which a bookmaker could be dropped for not paying. Both of those are checkable from the page you are reading rather than from an assurance.
The model, in one paragraph
Five axes, weighted standing on the register 28, how fast money leaves 20, the lobby 18, reaching a person 18, what the offer is worth 16. A record that cannot answer an axis is not scored on it and is not given a zero, and the verdict is computed over the weight that remained. Every figure on this site carries the share of the model behind it. The full description is on the log.
Four things this publication cannot tell you
How long a withdrawal actually takes. Nobody here has opened an account, funded it or emptied it. Every time on this site is a figure somebody else published, and four of them were chosen by this network rather than published at all, which is disclosed on every page that carries them.
Whether any bookmaker uses the clauses it publishes. The contracts are quoted because they are public and binding. This desk holds no regulator action and no named report about any company on this register in either direction, and nothing here says a clause has been used against a customer.
What most of these casinos contain. Most lobbies in this market render only for a visitor inside the country, so the games axis is empty across most of the table. The counts that circulate are catalogue totals from other countries or sitemap line counts including duplicates, and 110 such figures are struck on the log.
What Ghanaian customers think. Not one company on this register carries a public review score that belongs to Ghana. The part of the model that would read one is unused across the whole table rather than filled with the nearest available number.
Corrections
Every correction to this material is on the log, dated, with what the record used to say. That includes corrections to claims this desk made about the bookmakers and corrections to the way it computes its own figures, which are the more embarrassing kind and are the reason the column exists.
Questions about this publication
- How is this site paid?
- By commission, when a reader opens an account through an outbound link. That is disclosed in the footer of every page and above every table on the site. It cannot move a verdict, because a verdict is arithmetic over a published model with no human step in it, and it cannot change the roster, because the roster is every company on the register.
- Who writes this?
- An investigations desk covering the Ghanaian betting market. What matters more than a byline is that every claim on the site is traceable to a record and every record carries its sources, so a reader can check the work rather than the credentials.
- What would change a verdict?
- A change in the fact base. The weights are published, the arithmetic is shared code, and both are described in full on the log. If an operator publishes a withdrawal time, opens its lobby to a counter, or changes its terms, the verdict moves on the next build without anybody editing a sentence.
- How do I report an error?
- The most useful correction names the page, the figure and the source that contradicts it. Anything that survives a check goes on the log as a correction, dated, with what the record used to say, which is where every previous correction to this material already is.
