Wallet money crosses between the three networks through the country's own switch, so the choice of which wallet a bookmaker pays into is low-stakes rather than irrelevant. What it does not do is let anybody pick a different network at the cashier: a payout goes to the wallet the account was registered with, and it is the tier ceiling above rather than the network that a large one runs into.
